Shipping policy
Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) as our shipping carriers. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery of international orders.
Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping carrier, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Cache Craft & UPS are not responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. Cache Craft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We ship using rescued and new shipping boxes and packages. Our paper padded mailers are made without plastic.
Processing time for orders is from 3-7 business days for devious geocaches and 1-2 weeks for made to order pathtag displays. Shipping time is addtional time and not within our control once handed off to our shipping carrier.
